There really isn't a better wake-up call that you need to clean up your laptop than when you can't add text to a webcomic page because there is no actual hard-drive space available.

Thankfully, I have a new desktop on the way--a rather generous graduation gift from the folks. I'm talkin' a desktop that could eat my prevous desktops and laptops for breakfast, and still have the hard-drive and RAM to find some more. To say that I am excited for this beautiful Core i7 Processor masterpiece is a grand understatement. Soon I will be able to work on a Scog page without waiting 5-10 minutes alone for it to save, and another 3-4 waiting for effects to render while I'm at work.

Meanwhile, I'd like to mention the minor fact that Scog officially turned two years old on Saturday, June 12. You'd think I'd be able to pull together something unique and exciting to celebrate...*clears thoat* Happy Birthday, Scog? Things sure have changed since the beginning, but I'm in it for the long haul--as we all have noted, I reckon I'm just too stubborn to give up.

Sorry to see that this is such a great accomplishment without Rask, of course. We mustn't forget to give credit where it is due--but from what I understand she's happy with her own webcomic. The best of luck to her!

And as for something unique and exciting to celebrate: I am working on the re-launch of Scog's website. For serious. ;)
